We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Nova Wear Shop purchase.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Footwear (due to hygiene concerns)
- Bottles & Flasks (for health protection reasons)
Please choose these items carefully as we cannot accept returns unless they are defective or we’ve made an error in your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include the completed return form in your package
- Ship the package to our returns center (address provided in your authorization email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or we’ve made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
